A new Accessory Dwelling Unit that serves as an office and screening room. In efforts to maximize the volume, the building is designed to be integrated with the adjacent swimming pool. Exposed steel beams run continuously along the length of the ADU, cantilevering to create a canopy over the outdoor dining area.
