This extension to the Santa Fe Springs Phase 1 Project consists of a four-story mixed-use building without a basement, with three levels of wood (Type-V) construction over a single-story level of concrete construction. The Project includes a total of 88 SRO (single-room-occupancy) residential units occupying the upper three levels. Level 1 (Ground) is dedicated to retail, back-of-house and lobby areas.
