The project consists of the remodel of an existing two story, wood frame structure built in 1972, currently used as Presidential House, located on the Pepperdine University campus. The extensive renovation included Accessibility upgrades for ADA compliance, pool renovation & relocation of mechanical & equipment rooms, and reconfiguration/reframing of interior rooms & bathrooms on the lower level.
