Golf Club Renovation
The Project features an extensive renovation to an existing Golf Club, including a new two-story detached building of approximately 12,800 SF to include locker and lounge areas, restrooms, bag storage, office and retail. The existing building is a 3-story structure with c. 41,250 SF interior areas and c.4,530 SF exterior decks undergoing an interior renovation of approximately 6,800 SF, in addition to new trellises, decks and stairs.
