A new two-story single family residence to serve as an expansion upon an adjacent existing single family residence in Venice. The curvilinear reinforced concrete slab on the second floor supported on exposed concrete walls nicely contrasts the undulating timber framed roof with exposed LVL joists and custom skylights.
