Mammoth Access Housing

The project consists of the conversion of two existing commercial structures into 11 affordable residential units. The design aims to retain as much of the existing construction as possible while adding approximately 2,000 SF in program to the upper floors. The design employs prefabricated roof trusses to suspend portions of the second floor in addition to handling the significant snow loads in the area.
