Linda Flora Residence

An extensive two-story addition and renovation to an existing single family hillside residence, including a new basement and pool overlooking the surrounding Bel Air neighborhood. The residence and pool are supported on pile foundations with a stepped shoring wall at the rear of the property. The unique roof shape consists of custom skylights and large sloping overhangs to help to shade the exterior courtyard.
