Residence
Renovation to an existing hillside three-story single-family dwelling of approximately 2,200 SF in construction area. The improvements consist of extensive reconfiguration of existing interior bearing and non-bearing walls on all levels including the conversion of the First Floor crawl space into a habitable space. New pile and grade beams are added at the lower levels to reinforce the existing conventional foundation.
