Haverford Residence

A new two-story single family hillside residence over two levels of basement and a pool. The upslope design takes advantage of the steep topography with stepped massing allowing for large exterior decks at the entry level, upper level and roof. The building is partially supported on a reinforced concrete basement podium and a series concrete retaining walls.
