Residence
The Project consists of a remodel and second story addition to an existing single-story single-family residence. The addition is comprised of a 1,600 SF interior space plus 700 SF roof deck which cantilevers towards the rear yard above the existing kitchen. Improvements included a new sunken media room, perimeter site walls, landscaping features, and reinforced attic space to allow for an occupiable storage area.
