Goucher Residence & Pool

A new three-story single family hillside residence with an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles. The design of the reinforced concrete garage structure is integrated into the pool shell and a large outdoor terrace. The stepped plan follows the topography of the sloping corner site enclosed with a series of repetitive window openings and overlapping gable roofs.
