Structural
Brand new multi-use building consisting of one floor of commercial parking, seven floors of additional parking, five dormitory floors, and eighteen residential floors for a total of thirty-one floors. A new lobby, with retail space and parking is located on the ground level while there are two levels of underground parking totaling well over 200 stalls. The top floor includes a large pool, deck and lounge area.
