A new campus for the nonprofit Children’s Institute in the Watts neighborhood of South Los Angeles. The project consists of a two story, steel framed building with interlocking volumes overlooking an interior courtyard that house offices, work stations and community spaces. Large skylights and a suspended continuous clerestory at the roof level allows for access to natural light on all sides of the building.
