The project is a two-story single family hillside in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles with an extensive basement with a detached ADU. The residence also features a post-tensioned concrete Pickleball court and cantilevering pool in the rear supported on piles. The first and second stories consist of steel gravity framing with concrete shear walls at the ground floor to achieve the large span, column-free spaces in the living areas.
