A new seven-story mixed-use building, with five levels of wood (Type IIIA) over two levels of concrete podium (Type IA). The project includes a total of 94 apartment units, 100% affordable and approximately 917 SF of retail area at Level 1. The units occupy Levels 1 through 7. The program includes a c.1,000 SF roof deck at Level 7.
