The project consists of a three story addition to and renovation of an existing single story commercial building. The building is undergoing a change of occupancy from a light manufacturing warehouse to an office building. The new addition is a steel-framed, composite metal deck building supported by Special Concentric Braced Frames independent of the existing CMU shell.
