A new six-story mixed-use building with three levels of wood (Type VA) construction over one level of wood (Type IIIA) construction over a two-story concrete podium (Type IA). The building includes forty-six apartment units on levels three through six. Level one is dedicated to retail, lobby, utility rooms and parking. Level two will have resident parking and storage areas.
