A new eight-story mixed-use hillside building, with five levels of wood (Type IIIA) over one level of concrete podium (Type IA) stepped in elevation at two locations to produce the eight levels. The project includes a total of 74 apartment units, 100% affordable. The units occupy Levels 2 through 8. Level 1 is dedicated for commercial space, lobby, resident common areas and utility rooms. The program includes a 950 SF rear yard deck on grade at Level 4, and occupiable roof decks at Levels 7 (c.1800 SF) and 8 (c.1,300 SF).
