The Project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing historic Freeman House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The house was built in 1923 and is primarily concrete masonry construction with wood framed roofs and floors. In addition to the rehabilitation of the main house, the project includes a new single story structure ADU (c.1,200 SF) with an occupiable roof and new elevated pool/jacuzzi. (c.440 SF).
