The Project consists of a new seven-story apartment building without a basement, with five levels of wood (Type IIIA) construction over two levels of concrete (Type IA) construction. The building includes a total of 132 affordable residential units occupying levels 1 through 7 with a lobby and amenity spaces for residents on Level 1.
