The Project consists of the remodel and addition to an existing two story, single family residence of approximately 4,400 SF. The addition includes an enclosure to the exterior stair/deck that connects to the family room at the rear of the house. Extensive reconfiguration was made to the interior bearing and non-bearing walls, including the removal of portions of existing exterior wall for new windows. A new 500 SF trellis is located at the second story rear deck.
