The project consists of a new three story Commercial building in the Beverly Hills shopping district. The first and second level operate as retail with the third level designated for office space and an outdoor terrace. An enclosed carousel parking system is located in the rear. The project consists of a CMU shell with steel framing and composite metal decking.
